Where is the boat?

ROC The Belle Concert Cruises take place on the Harbor Town Belle in Irondequoit, NY.  The boat departs from Voyager Boat Sales, at the end of Marina Drive.

I want to enter an address into my GPS...what should I use?

100 Joy Lane, Rochester, NY, 14617 will get you where you need to be.  Look for Marina Drive off Pattonwood Drive.  The boat boards at the end of Marina Drive.

What time should I be there?

Our cruises begin boarding 30 minutes before departure.  The opening band starts during boarding, so you'll want to be on time!

What if it rains, or if the weather isn't ideal?

The Harbor Town Belle is a covered vessel, so all of our cruises are rain or shine.  It is also fully air-conditioned if it's a hot day, or fully heated if it's a bit brisk!  And we are serious...unless there is a tornado, we are going out on the water!  If weather is severe, we would stay on the river as opposed to heading out onto the lake.

Where do I park?

FREE parking is available off Marina Drive, near the Harbor Town Belle office.  The lot fits around 100 cars.  If the lot is full, you can park in the loop.

Are the cruises for all ages?

YES!  ID's will be checked for those who wish to partake in adult beverages.

What kind of refreshments are available on the boat?

Our cruises offer FREE pizza to all passengers!  A fully stocked cash bar is also available with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.  In addition, some cruises will have FREE On-Board Liquor or Beer Tastings, or a featured Food Truck available prior to boarding.  Check each event more details.

What is the deal with seating on the boat?

There is ample seating on the first level of the boat where the bar is and where the pizza is served, and there are also lots of tables and chairs on the second level where the bands play.  While we do have lots of seating where the bands play, if we have a sold out cruise and EVERYONE is trying to be on the second level at the same time, there may be a few folks without a seat.  That said, ROC The Belle focuses on a concert atmosphere, so we love when our passengers are up dancing and enjoying the bands! Please arrive early for the best chance of scoring a table on the second level.

Do you offer discounted tickets for large groups?

Groups of 15 or more MAY be eligible for a 5% discount on advance sale tickets for SOME of our cruises.  Please call or email us to make arrangements.  A ROC The Belle Concert Cruise is a great option for bachelor/bachelorette parties, company happy hours, and more!  Have a REALLY big group and want the whole boat?  We can also help arrange a private charter/concert cruise...contact us for info!

Can I bring my own food?

Sorry!  Absolutely NO outside food or drink are permitted on the boat.

Is the boat handicapped accessible?

Yes!  There is a ramp leading onto the boat, which makes it easy to board.  However, the bands play on the second level, which is stair access only.

What can I bring?

No drugs, pets, firearms, etc. are allowed on the boat.  Bags will be checked by security at boarding.

I don't want to go to the cruise anymore (WHAT?!)...can I get a refund?

If your plans change and you require a refund, please email us no less than 7 days before the date of the event.  We are happy to initiate the refund process for you.  Once that time period has passed, we cannot honor any requests for refund.

OOPS!  I bought tickets for the wrong cruise on your website!

Shoot us an email and we will help you get your tickets switched to the correct date, assuming there are still tickets left!  All changes must be submitted no less than 7 days before the date of the event you wish to change.
